Note: For enumeration of more than 50 Petri dishes per day, the schuett colonyQuant automatic colony counter is recommended. It includes a sample chamber, PC or laptop and software licence, and is suitable for automatic counting and documentation of Petri dishes or nutrient pads with very small colonies from 0.05 mm diameter, mixed cultures and LIM system connection.
